Shipping Info

All online orders are processed and fulfilled from our London (UK) office. We aim to dispatch all orders the same day they are placed.

- Orders placed before 3pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.
- Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday (unless it’s a bank holiday)

    If there are any fulfilment issues or delays you will be notified via email as soon as possible.

    UK ORDERS

    UK Standard Delivery Signed for - £3.95 or FREE for orders over £50

    Your order will be sent using the UK Royal Mail 1st Class signed for service and will be with you in 1-2 working days.

    UK 1st Class Post - Untracked - £2.00 (Only available for Sticker Orders)

    This option is available for sticker orders only, with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 working days. If slap packs are ordered with clothing and/or accessories the order will be sent out tracked.

    UK Next Day Delivery Guaranteed - £9.95

    Your order will be sent using the UK Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed service and should be with you the next working day before 1pm.

    Next day delivery service is only available Monday - Friday. Please note, if order is placed on Sunday for next day delivery, this will be delivered on Tuesday.

    Please note that International delivery times stated above are provided by our delivery company and may vary depending on the destination and on local customs clearance procedures.

    In addition to shipping costs, international customers are responsible for paying any and all customs duties and taxes at the time of delivery. By completing your order, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

    If a package is returned to us due to a failure to pay customs charges, no refund will be provided.

    All our delivery options have a signed for service. You will receive all the information you need to keep track of your order in your dispatch email as soon as your order has been sent out. If you have not received an email within 24 hours, please contact us at shop@herbmanhustlin.com.

    We cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Please utilise the tracking information in your order confirmation email to guarantee safe delivery of your order.

    Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring your shipping information is correct; if an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we will not cover the cost of re-shipping.
